Non-Irish Residents
The Taxidriver.ie web site is for the use of residents of Ireland. Residents of other countries may access and use the Taxidriver.ie web site, however they do so at their own risk and it is their sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Taxidriver.ie web site does not contravene their local laws.

Indemnity and Waiver
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Taxidriver.ie its successors and assigns and each of its respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims (including reasonable legal fees) resulting in any way from your use of the information and material posted on the Taxidriver.ie web site or resulting from any breach of this Agreement whether such breach is carried out by you, your use of the Taxidriver.ie web site, your connection to the Taxidriver.ie web site or your violation of any third party rights. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Taxidriver.ie its successors and assigns and each of its respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims (including reasonable legal fees) resulting in any way from any such publication, posting, uploading, distribution or dissemination of any such material or information on the Taxidriver.ie web site.

Assignment
Taxidriver.ie reserves the right to assign or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement.

Modifications to Taxidriver.ie web site
Taxidriver.ie reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue temporarily or permanently, the Taxidriver.ie web site (or a part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Taxidriver.ie shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Taxidriver.ie web site. Taxidriver.ie shall not be liable to you or any third party should Taxidriver.ie exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Taxidriver.ie web site.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Taxidriver.ie and supercedes any prior agreements, arrangements, statements and understandings between Taxidriver.ie and you.

Waiver
A waiver by Taxidriver.ie of any breach by you of any of the terms, provisions or conditions of this Agreement or the acquiescence of Taxidriver.ie to any act (whether of commission or omission) which but for such acquiescence would be a breach as aforesaid shall not constitute a general waiver of such term, provision or condition or of any subsequent act contrary thereto.

Invalidity
If at any time any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the Taxidriver.ie web site or any information posted thereon, or with any term or condition of this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Taxidriver.ie web site.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by Irish law and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in all matters regarding it.

Taxidriver.ie Privacy Promise
Certain forms on the site may ask you for personally identifiable information. The purpose for which this information is used will be explained clearly on the form asking for it; if you feel that this is not clear, please contact us. Taxidriver.ie does not use such information for marketing purposes, other than in the aggregate.

Email addresses
Taxidriver.ie will not send you unsolicited email (spam.) The purpose for which an email address is requested will be explained clearly on the form asking for it; again, if you feel that this is not clear, please contact us. Generally we use email addresses for functional purposes only, such as to send registration information, receipts, reminders, etc.

Third parties
Sometimes a form will send your information to a third party other than Taxidriver. For example, when you make an enquiry about a taxi, your information is sent to the seller. Taxidriver.ie does not have any control over what these third parties do with your information, but we will make every effort to make clear on these forms to whom your information is being sent.

Classified Advertising

Introduction
By submitting an advertisement to the Taxidriver.ie web site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by Irish law. All references to "the customer" refer to the user applying to place an advertisement on the Taxidriver.ie web site. All references to "the web site" refers to the Taxidriver.ie Internet site. All references to "us" refers to Taxidriver. This service offers the facility to place an advertisement for a used vehicle on the Taxidriver.ie web site and its affiliates.

Advertisement Contents
Only one vehicle may be featured in each advertisement. Taxidriver.ie reserves the right to decline to publish the whole or part of any advertisement. The advertisement copy you supply must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must not in the sole opinion of Taxidriver.ie bring our business into dispute or conflict. Taxidriver.ie may amend the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements. Taxidriver.ie is not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements (including the authenticity of photographs) made by a customer in the advertisement copy. Accordingly, the customer shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by Taxidriver.ie caused by an untrue statement or inaccurate photograph supplied by the customer.

In order to meet the technical and production requirements of the web site, Taxidriver.ie reserves the right to edit, amend or alter the copy or photograph supplied by the customer.

No contract will be deemed to exist between the customer and Taxidriver.ie until the advertisement has been accepted for publication on the web site.

The copyright in all adverts (including text and photographs) shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.

Payment and Security
After you complete the payment process, you will be forwarded to a confirmation page and your advertisement will be listed under your 'My Ads' in Taxidriver.ie. In normal circumstances your advertisement will appear on the web site within an hour.

Order Confirmation
After you complete the payment process, you will be forwarded to a confirmation page and your advertisement will be listed under your 'My Ads' in your Taxidriver.ie account. In normal circumstances your advertisement will appear on the web site within an hour.

Changing your Advert
You can make unlimited changes to your advert. Simply log in to Taxidriver.ie and 'My Ads' and click 'Edit'. Due to the 'one vehicle per advert' rule, you will not be able to change the make or model after the ad has been paid for. Please contact us if you need to do this. In normal circumstances changes to your advertisement will appear on the web site within an hour.

Removing your Advert
To remove your advert from the website log in to 'My Ads' and click 'Destroy'. Deactivations made after the advert has been paid for will not be eligible for a refund. In normal circumstances your advertisement will be removed from the web site within an hour.

Liability
Taxidriver.ie needs to carry out routine maintenance and service of its servers and equipment. While Taxidriver.ie seeks to keep disruption to a minimum, it does not guarantee that the advertisement will be continuously available on-line for the duration of the advert.

Where an advertisement does not appear on the web site despite the user receiving confirmation, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the advert price, unless the omission, cancellation or mismatch was caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Taxidriver.ie or breach of contract by the customer. Taxidriver.ie reserves the right to remove any advertisement at any time, at our sole discretion.

Taxidriver's liability for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advert or series of adverts involved.

Irish law shall govern the terms and conditions of this contract of which they form a part.

Privacy Policy
All details supplied to Taxidriver.ie with your on-line advertisement will be safeguarded both by our privacy policy and also by the Data Protection Act.
